About me

I am a full-stack engineer currently studying Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences at the University of California, Berkeley. My work focuses on building applications that combine great design with scalable engineering.

As Founder & Lead Engineer of HomeBase, a homeowner assistant app funded by Cliffco Mortgage, I developed an iOS-tailored platform that connects homeowners to vendors, integrating AI diagnostics and voice recording features to streamline communication. At Cliffco, I lead R&D on cross-platform apps and backend infrastructure, improving system performance by over 80% while collaborating closely with product and design teams.

I also serve as CTO of Culina, a restaurant inventory startup backed by $60K in funding and serving 25 clients, where I manage DevOps, product security, and engineering direction. My experience includes leading software projects with NASA engineers through Blue Marble Space and earning recognition as a NASA “Shining Star” Intern and Top 10% in Y Combinator’s Startup School (YC X25 Batch).

I’m passionate about building intuitive, high-performance apps that sit at the intersection of technology, design, and real-world impact.

Transient Classifying App
- Cornell University

A catalog of over 250,000 transients was obtained from ZTF's survey. This app is designed for the astronomy community to contribute and classify these objects.

Made with: Python, Flask, SQLite, HTML, CSS, and JS.

Hosted with AWS EC2.

Space Biology Graphical Abstract Tool Bot
- SBGAT-BOT

An officially disclosed invention that creates graphical representations of NASA’s biological experiments. Using machine learning and A.I., SBGAT-BOT is able to extract relevant information from pdfs to generate images.

Made with Python, Streamlit, and GPT-3.5.

PROJECTS

Interstellar Automated Visualizer (IAV)
- NASA Global Space Apps 2024

An innovative tool that transforms NASA's OSDR datasets into informative visualizations of spaceflight experiments, saving scientists hours on graphical creation.

Made with React, Flask, Langchain, Dash, and SQL.
Hosted on Google Cloud (Contact for access to the tool)

Kern Medical System Automation
- Backend Lead

After I founded the Code Society at Bakersfield College, we parterned with Kern Medical to design and deploy an automated check-in system.

Made with Django, HTML/CSS/JS, SQL, and Python.

CoupleSync

CoupleSync makes dining out simple and fun for couples. With just a swipe, partners can easily agree on a restaurant.

Swipe "yes" or "no" on restaurant options until a mutual favorite is found, this helps the decision-making process and ensuring a delightful dining experience.

Made with Android Studio using Kotlin and XML.
